At Lu Lu's Gift Company, we want you to love every gift you give or receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
